*If on the day of your treatment your animal is considered by the Veterinary Physiotherapist to be needing veterinary treatment and referral (This would usually occur after an objective assessment and dynamic assessment have taken place). Treatment will stop, you will then be only charged for the consultation, as physiotherapy treatment cannot continue until veterinary approval is granted. Hannah will be more than happy to talk you through this stage and work with your veterinary team throughout.
